How to care for my custom unit?
To keep your custom unit looking flawless, we recommend gentle, consistent care:
- Wash with sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.
- Always use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush starting from the ends and working your way up.
- Limit heat styling to preserve the integrity of the color and lace.
- When not in use, store your wig in the EVA bag.
- Avoid heavy oils and products.

How do I measure my head?
Use a soft measuring tape to measure the following:
- Circumference: Around your head, starting at your hairline.
- Front to Nape: From your forehead’s center to the nape of your neck.
- Ear to Ear (across forehead and over the crown)

When will I get my order?
All custom units, including the Golden Mocha, have a processing time of 8–12 business days before shipping.
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Shipping time will vary based on your selected delivery option at checkout.
What is the density of the wig?
The wig comes in a 180% density. Giving you a naturally full, voluminous look without feeling heavy or unnatural.
Is the lace HD or transparent?
The wig is made with HD lace for a seamless, natural hairline that blends effortlessly with most skin tones.
Does the wig come pre-bleached?
Yes, the wig unit is fully pre-bleached, pre-plucked, and pre-styled, so it arrives ready to wear with minimal customization needed. We still recommend tinting your lace and adjusting the hairline to your liking for the most flawless, personalized install.
